OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSOCIATE: Full time permanent position immediate availability (Saskatoon)
The successful candidateâ€™s duties will include:
- developing functional rehabilitation programs
- functional assessments, functional capacity evaluations
- on-site job analysis
- cognitive evaluations
- providing recommendations for appropriate therapy with on-going follow up
- communication with insurance agencies, employers and multidisciplinary assessment/treatment teams
- provision of educational sessions (eg. pain science and self-management) to clients
- preparation of medicolegal and insurance reports in a timely fashion
The successful candidate must possess well-developed interpersonal skills, have the ability to take initiative and work independently with a positive and supportive attitude in a team environment. Mentorship and educational funding is available and encouraged.
Applicants must possess a degree from an educational program recognized by the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) and be registered with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists (SSOT) prior to employment. A minimum of 18 months of practice working as an Occupational Therapist is required. Knowledge and experience with the functional rehabilitation model and principles would be beneficial.
Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license.

Bourassa and Associates Rehabilitation Centre has an opening for a full-time Physical Therapy Associate position for our Regina clinic.
Bourassa and Associates Rehabilitation Centre is a progressive multidisciplinary centre serving the Regina and Saskatoon areas along with 11 other communities and surrounding areas in Saskatchewan. We currently have an opening in our Regina location for a full-time, permanent Physical Therapy Associate.

This model emphasizes mentorship opportunities through the orthopaedic level system from new graduate level to advanced examinations. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience, and follows the HSAS salary grids.
Education:Applicants must be licensed to practice by the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists and eligible for membership in the Canadian Physical Therapy Association.
